Current rates (1/1/2019>) are based on the regular marina rates posted by management... then deduct at least 15% discount.

 

Current Regular Marina Rates Are > > $85/ ft Per Month + 7.5%tax.- -  * 

Marina increased rates beginning January 2019 to  $85/ft.

I will be holding the 2018 rate $80/ft/mo rate. (-15% or more). Special Event as identified by Marina Management have approximately 15% add on. (World Boat Races-Major Fishing Tournaments-Fantasy Fest-New Year, etc)

 

Note: There is a marina management 35 ft minimum rate charge.
